We are making lots of new changes to the site how it looks and giving it alot more content so please keep visiting and spreading the word.

I think we were a little premature on releasing the site but we are very happy with all your feedback and ideas and we have been working on them everyday.

New things to come Inc – A new look, A page dedicated to places to visit in the Cadiz region and as we did for Oasis WeightLoss Group we can assign you your own forum group (private or public) to inform the public of up and coming meetings or special offers or whatever you like (people in your group will automatically receive an email when you post something new).

Remember advertise anything and anyone for free (even if your website is similar to ours) x

We do need your help in the Members Articles section though so please write something and share your experiences however small they maybe.
